Car Parking
Number Twelve has one reserved parking space between the beginning of May and the end of September in the Creek Car Park, exclusively for guests staying at the property.
If you require additional weekly parking tickets, you may purchase them from the Tourist Information Office T:01548 843927. Daily tickets are paid for in the pay and display machines in the Creek Car Park.

Harbour Dues
If you take your own boat into the Salcombe Estuary you have to pay harbour dues to go onto the water. These can be paid to the Harbour office on Whitestrand T: 01548 843791

There is a £200 refundable damage deposit.

Short breaks and weekends may also be available.

If you are staying for 2 weeks, a cleaning service and a linen change can be arranged in the middle of your stay, for an extra charge.

The property will be ready for you by 3.30pm on the day of your arrival. We ask you to vacate the property by 10.30am on the day of your departure.

A booking will only be confirmed when we receive the deposit of 20% of the cost of your holiday, or if it is less than 12 weeks before your holiday, the full amount.

Confirmation of your booking will be made by email.

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel, we will refund your deposit if you cancel more than 12 weeks before your holiday. Otherwise, we cannot refund your deposit.
