THE HOUSE

Number Twelve is more than a holiday home. You know from the moment that you step inside this little house, that it is much loved and very special. From the matching Royal Worcester bone china to the original paintings on the walls, you can tell it is treasured by the family who have owned it for over 40 years. We hope you will fall in love with it just as much!

Number Twelve is on Island Street, which runs adjacent to Shadycombe Creek. Some of the traditional boat building yards are still working in this part of town and there is a private slip and boat yard next door, which sells fresh crab and lobster, which couldn’t be more convenient!
